These beginner-friendly sewing workshops with Jay offers a hands-on opportunity to learn basic sewing techniques and garment repairs.

These workshops typically cover fixing buttons, zips and hems, encouraging repurposing, alterations and mindful creation of old clothes and fabrics into something awesome.

Come with an idea, come to be inspired or just go with the flow!

Fabric and sewing equipment are all supplied. We have lots of beautiful recycled fabric to choose from. Feel free to bring your own fabrics, patterns etc if you like.

Lots of on-street parking available. Wheelchair accessible. Tea and coffee provided. Bring a friend or come make a new one!

These workshops run fortnightly on Tuesdays 10am - 12pm.

Please note this workshop is during School Holidays. If you don’t mind a bit of extra excitement in the room or wish to bring the kids along, this workshop is for you.☺
